How long will my order take to arrive?


Orders are carefully prepared within 1–3 working days. UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive an email once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?


Yes - we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Will I be able to track my order?


Yes - once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Are your stones real?

Yes - all of our pieces are made using genuine natural stones. Each one carries its own unique colour, pattern, and character.

Are your necklaces adjustable?


Many of our necklaces feature extenders or adjustable cords, allowing you to wear them at different lengths. Please check individual product descriptions for details.

Do you accept returns?


Yes - we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Please contact us to arrange a return.

Are your pieces handmade?


Yes - each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, with a focus on natural materials and simple, timeless design.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalised pieces - including bespoke solid gold creations - are made especially for you, with your unique story and energy in mind. Because of this, they can't be returned or exchanged once production has begun. I'll always work closely with you throughout the process to ensure everything feels just right before your piece is crafted.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

fees, import taxes, or handling charges are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in the item or shipping price.

If you choose to return an order, please note that customs and import fees are non-refundable, as they're charged by your local customs office — not by Humi Jewellery.

You're welcome to contact your local customs office to see if they offer refunds for returned goods, but this process is entirely handled by them and is outside of my control.
